Join us for our third annual Savor the Summit Local Food Hero Celebration and fundraiser!
We will honor Erin Molnar, Director of Local Food Programs at Countryside, with the 2019 Liam Murray Local Food Hero award during a brief program.
You can look forward to a pie raffle, a wine pull, and a smattering of local snacks catered by Nosh Eatery in Hudson, emphasizing local, seasonal fare.
Nosh Eatery brings Summit Food Coalition’s mission of supporting a vibrant local food system to life. Menu selections include late harvest vegetables with heritage bean hummus, bruschetta featuring Nosh Farms Heirloom tomatoes and Lucky Penny Creamery feta, vegetable empanadas, and jammy eggs served with aioli and picked Ohio ramps.
Tickets to the event are $45 if purchased through Sept. 20, 2019, and $55 after that. Additionally, VIP tickets are available for $75.
