3rd Saturday & The Seven C's: Sacred Body Journey

This workshop is your personal invitation to go on a journey into discovering the sacred treasures within your own body. Rachel Basham and Alan Beers will gently and safely escort you through a combination of communication, balancing, grounding, movement, visualization, sound, and breath exercise adventures designed to unite and ignite the flow of vital life force energy that clears your chakras and returns your body to a state of well-being.

We are presenting this workshop with the intention of releasing what doesn’t serve us and uniting energetically prior to the iconic 3rd Saturday party hosted at Farnam Manor. This time is all about love, and with this work we open ourselves to carrying the vibration of love from the universe.

You will develop a conscious relationship with your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies as we learn to navigate between them with ease. As we deepen our awareness and observation profound changes begin to manifest in our lives, careers, and relationships.

This workshop will be offered as a progressive journey through our chakric system, each focusing in on a specific energy center to bring peace and balance. Featuring the “Breath of Empowerment” modality, this work is deeply transformative.
