CALL FOR ARTISTS

Hazel Tree Interiors, on behalf of VANTAGE Aging, is seeking a Summit County artist or artist collaborative to design and produce (8) desktop award sculptures for their annual SOAR Award event, to be held on May 2, 2019.

The Project

VANTAGE Aging is seeking a Summit County artist or artist collaborative to design and produce (8) desktop award sculptures for their annual SOAR Award event, to be held on May 2, 2019. Their mission is to provide high-quality programs to empower the economic, social, physical, and mental well-being of adults as they age.

Project Intent

VANTAGE Aging is requesting a local artist or artist collaborative produce (8) desktop awards with room for an engraved plaque.

The Award

The budget for the awards is $1,000.00 for (8) desktop awards, with additional budget allotted for an engraved plate to be attached to a wooden base you incorporate into your design. Incorporation of a feather, symbolic of the annual event, should be incorporated into the physical award.
