The Cuyahoga Valley Art Center to host a Color & Composition Workshop taught by Mark Giangaspero.

COLOR & COMPOSITION WORKSHOP
DATES/TIMES: August 3-4, 2024  9:00 – 4:00 PM
LOCATION: Cuyahoga Valley Art Center, 2131 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221
COST: CVAC Member $150 Non-CVAC Member $175

BEGINNER – ADVANCED: The use of color and composition are more than just an arrangement of space. They are two of the most important elements that artists have to communicate their ideas. This 2-day workshop will give you a better understanding of color & composition and how to use it.

Students will be required to bring their own supplies; a supply list is provided below.

SUPPLY LIST:

Pad of White Paper
Any Paint or Medium You May Have
Oil Pastels are Ideal
Charcoal
Charcoal Pencil (6b) or Black Conte

WORKSHOP DETAILS:
Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. Please pack your lunch for this workshop daily. If you cannot, there are local places where staff can recommend ordering boxed lunches. Students will need to pick up these lunches during their designated lunch.
