Espresso Class

This class will open your mind to the wonderful (and often frustrating) nuances of pulling the perfect espresso shot. You’ll learn exactly what factors are involved in making delicious espresso – beans, water, tamping, grind size, pressure, weight and time. We’ll pull under-extracted shots, over-extracted shots and shots that are just perfect. And you’ll even get hands on experience, using our beautifully classic La Marzocco espresso machine.
