The library’s monthly baking series with Ann LoParo of Annie’s Signature Sweets continues as she demonstrates how to make an indulgent gluten-free flourless chocolate torte.
This series is in honor of Carleen Welch in recognition of her service on the board and her special birthday!
Ann LoParo received her associate degree in baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University and was a pastry chef at the Cleveland Museum of Art before launching her own business. Since then, she has taught over 600 classes and was named one of the top Pastry Chefs in Cleveland by Cleveland Scene Magazine. LoParo frequently appears on New Day Cleveland, Cleveland.com, and more.
