We invite you to discover for yourself the power of mindfulness and meditation ~ what they are, how they are the same/different, how they are perfect for all backgrounds/faiths. Pre-Registration required.
We will also discuss the science behind the practices and the science behind each exercise. You will leave this class having an understanding the bigger picture of meditation as well as how it works for you as an individual. This class also gives direct one-on-one coaching as no ones experience is the same. First three classes will be lead by Just Be Master teacher Michele Swihart with the last two classes featuring more advanced work via Just Be Founder, Eden Koz. For ages 10 and above. Families, brothers, sisters, spouses, etc welcome.

$60 per person ($15 discount for adult member of same family = $45 and kids 15 and under = $25)
