The Jazz Fest Academy Program, part of the Tri-C® Creative Arts Academy, offers a free seven-week online immersion series designed for students with previous jazz experience. Participants will join live streaming sessions and participate in additional activities through Flipgrid. This performance-based series, led by international jazz artist Dominick Farinacci, incorporates jazz, blues, gospel, R&B and hip-hop. We use jazz as a foundation to help students sharpen their performance, recording and production skills. The camp ends with a week of virtual activities that culminate in a virtual performance to be presented on Tri-C JazzFest platforms.
