Monthly Emotional Healing Meditation: "Tapping into the Field"

Presented by Just Be, LLC at Just Be Studio, Green OH

May 23 2016
Monthly Emotional Healing Meditation:

Tapping is a beautifully simple technique that everyone can learn and benefit from. It provides relief from chronic pain, emotional issues (depression/anxiety/eating disorders), addictions, phobias, PTSD, physical challenges and more.

Release the limiting constriction of heavy emotion or energetic charge, then journey into inner space … your own inner sanctuary … and then into the realms of pure potentiality using tapping.

Class consists of a deep grounding meditation, tapping sequence and guided imagery. No tapping experience necessary. Taught by Holly Timberlake, PhD, DCEP.

(What is tapping? Like acupuncture and acupressure, the process of tapping works with the body’s energy meridian points. With tapping you stimulate these meridians by touching them with movement with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own healing ability and energy.)

Contact Dr. Timberlake directly with questions at (330) 653-5081.
