Paddington is visiting Magical Theatre Company - all the way from London!
The lovable and ever polite Paddington is here to save Christmas – and as usual, his good intentions lead to hilarious chaos!
Magical Theatre Company is the first theatre in the United States to produce their own production of Paddington Saves Christmas. What a way to ring in the holiday season! Based on the book by Michael Bond, the journey to secure the rights to Paddington Saves Christmas took well over a year. But it’s been worth it according to Director, Holly Barkdoll. “It’s an honor to be the first theatre in the country to be entrusted with these beautiful puppets, and the opportunity to share this hilarious story of everyone’s favorite bear, Paddington!” says Barkdoll. “There’s so much heart in that little bear and the whole team of designers and actors are committed to bringing that heart.”
It’s holiday time and Paddington is making his favorite marmalade jam – but he runs out of sugar and heads next door to borrow some from Mr. Curry.
