A portrait is not just a likeness. This 2-day workshop will cover the artistic elements that make an outstanding portrait. Design, composition, color, and pose are some of the elements that will be discussed. This workshop is designed to take your portraiture to the next level. Intermediate and advanced level students.
Students will be required to bring their own painting and drawing supplies.

Mark Giangaspero studied and taught visual arts under the late Jack Richards until Mr. Richards’ passing in 2014. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. Please pack your own lunch for this workshop daily. If you are unable to do so, there are local places that we can help you order boxed lunches from on an individual basis, cash will be required for these transactions.
Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the workshop start date
All deposits, $50, are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by CVAC
Refunds, less deposit, will not be issued for attendee cancelations 14 days prior to the workshop start date
