Learn a simple but beautiful song from the Torres Strait Islands via Cameroon for mothers using body percussion, sounding, and movement. It only has two words: Bella Mama, which means “Call Mama” and can be sung in rounds to create beautiful harmonies. At the end of the session, all will be invited to silently experience the deep sensations evoked by breath, vibration, and harmony. All ages welcome.
