Rust Belt Burlesque - With Authors Erin O'Brien & Bob Perkoski

Erin O’Brien, co-author of Rust Belt Burlesque, will share tidbits from Northeast Ohio’s burlesque scene past and present. She’ll also reveal how the indomitable Bella Sin, a Mexican immigrant, spearheaded the local comeback of this bawdy performance art.

The lively presentation will include vintage photos, co-author Bob Perkoski’s dazzling images of modern burlies, and a Q&A with the authors. Books will be available for purchase and signing.

Light refreshments will be served, courtesy of the Friends of the Goodyear Branch Library.

Registration begins on Monday, July 22.
