Singers Companye presents Illumina: Lighting Our Path

This brilliant chamber choir will join forces with VoxMix Chamber Ensemble to present a stunning program of modern choral works by some of the world’s choral rock stars!

Focusing on enlightment in times of chaos, spiritual confusion and cultural crises, the ensemble will repeat a program that prompted great audience response.  Composers include: Jake Runestad, Dan Forrest, Jocelyn Hagen,  jazz great Will Todd, Patrick Hawes, David von Kampen, JAC Redford and Elizabeth Alexander.  These composers include Academy Award winners and nominees, Grammy winners and composition awards the recognize the best in choral writing.  Samuel Gordon, conducts the ensemble and the VoxMix Ensembles features some of the best instrumentalists in northeast Ohio.  Hear what the Washington Post calls “…singing of unfailingly beautiful tone and complete charm.”

‘….a stunning range of vocal colors…in full control of their challenging repertoire.”   Cleveland Classical
