Details: This is a smoking cessation & mindfulness weekend via the team of Aculaser & Just Be. There are three main components. Sunday afternoon is a "initiation experience" with Aculaser from 2-3:30pm. Each individual then gets their holistic and painless laser treatment Sun, Mon or Tues (July 17, 18 or 19) via appt. Treatments are less than one hour. This laser treatment stimulates both stress and relaxation points to help participants avoid or heavily minimize the withdrawal symptoms typically associated with quitting. Final session is back at the studio with Just Be on Tuesday July 19th from 6:30-8pm with your "meditation & mindfulness experience" focusing heavily on the mental aspects and the reality of now being a "non-smoker."
