Tai Chi exercise series – geared towards older adults
Kim Mozzochi with the Area Agency on Aging conducts this FREE exercise series, geared towards older adults wanting to improve strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
The sessions meet twice per week for a 12-week period – Mondays and Tuesdays, June 6-August 16, from 10:30-11:30 am. (*No class Monday, July 4 – Library Closed, Independence Day)
Registration is strongly encouraged, as space is limited.
