Join Certified Yoga Instructor Tracie Zamiska for this introductory series that empowers the individual, strengthens the body, flexes the imagination, and adds a spark of creativity. In addition to movement, you’ll learn breathing and meditation techniques to help encourage relaxation and promote academic success.
