Shivering Timbers combines Indie Rock energy, Blues/Punk passion, and Country/Gospel reflection. All with a dynamic stage presence that will get you moving!
Shivering Timbers is Sarah Benn, Jayson Benn, joined by Daniel Kshywonis, musicians who call Akron, Ohio home and special guest Alex Hoyt on keys. There music was discovered by Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys) and their first album was subsequently recorded at Auerbach’s Akron studio, a collection of home-spun dark folk songs and fractured fairy tales called “We All Started in the Same Place”.
Shivering Timbers has been on tour with Shovels & Rope, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Kenny Loggins, Joe Pugg, Carolyn Wonderland, Field Report, Tav Falco, Kopecky Family Band, He’s My Brother She’s My Sister, Courrier, and so many more.
