Virtual Dance Club: Edisa Weeks

Join NCCAkron on Thursday, November 18 for a new edition of Virtual Dance Club! Based on our in-person Dance Club that occurred in 2018, we’ve brought our social experiment for dance audiences to the virtual space.

This month’s edition of Virtual Dance Club is curated by Edisa Weeks of DELIRIOUS DANCES (New York, NY). We’ll watch short dance works, and then have in an informal discussion together. No expertise or experience with dance needed — all you need is an internet connection, webcam, and your curiosity!

This event will be hosted by NCCAkron team member Megan Wright. Captioning will be provided.

Virtual Dance Club will take place through a video Zoom meeting. We have found that using a computer, laptop, or tablet work best for these kinds of meetings, but you can join with a smartphone as well.

Enrollment is free, and strictly limited to twenty participants.
