"Where the Boats Go" Exhibition by Atefeh Farajolahzadeh

Presented by Akron Soul Train at Akron Soul Train, Akron OH

Apr 13 2022
-
May 21 2022

Atefeh Farajolahzadeh’s video installation reflects the uncertainty of migrant and refugee journeys in an abstract form, titled “Where the Boats Go”.

Atefeh’s work creates a psychological space that mirrors the inner state of mind and emotions.  Her project evolved through layering the water images in different shapes and visible and invisible movements. It exists now as a record of moments, offering the viewers to contemplate between the seen and unseen space.
