Experience popular Zumba Fitness®—social-emotional-arts style. Dance to rhythms from around the world within a group structure that encourages self-expression and is attuned to your needs. Reap the numerous psychosocial benefits of dance in a safe space that requires no previous dance experience.

This free series will be offered weekly, on Tuesdays, through the end of May. All ages and abilities are welcome.
