Founded in 2018 by Rae Faba, I Paint Akron’s mission is to bring accessible recreational art experiences to the northeast Ohio area. Partly inspired by Bob Ross, and partly by Rae’s love of local breweries, I Paint Akron’s events last about two hours and have included explorations of continuous line drawing, still life in pastel, self portrait, journal building and collage in addition to “standard” 2 hour sip and paint classes.
