Our studio is unlike any other, offering a unique blend of restorative yoga, shamanic healing modalities, and a commitment to nurturing a vibrant, interconnected community rooted in sacred connection.

At Sacred Grove, we embrace the art of restorative yoga, providing you with a space to unwind and reconnect with your inner self. Our studio is the only one of its kind in the area, ensuring that you experience the deepest relaxation and rejuvenation.

Unlike most studios, our classes were designed to allow students to focus on the powerful healing of slow and intentional movement. We offer classes ranging from restorative yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, and gentle flow. We believe in the power of authentic, human-centered healing and honor the sacred connection between Spirit, teacher, and student. Our commitment to quality, culture, and intention shines through in every class, workshop, and event we offer.

Beyond yoga and shamanism, we are a thriving community hub offering workshops and gatherings from our monthly book club meetings to empowering women’s new moon circles. We are proud to be an authentic animist studio, with over two decades of experience in the ancient animist practice.

Our founder is the only classically trained shamanic practitioner in the immediate area, with the deep ancestral roots of a 500+ year lineage. Certified within this tradition as a Rainbow Healer, our offerings extend beyond traditional boundaries, infusing shamanic energy into every aspect of our practice.
