Beginner and Intermediate Zentangle

Zentangle class at Summit Artspace – no experience necessary & if you are experienced – it’s a relaxing form of meditation. $20 fee includes all materials. Students have option of including their work from class in an exhibition opening April 7.

Zentangle is an easy-to-learn method and can be a relaxing form of meditation using repetitive patterns.

Carol Bailey Floyd and Maria Copetas, both Certified Zentangle Teachers, will be leading a Zentangle class which will include beginning and intermediate instruction.  The $20 fee includes all materials (a Zentangle kit with pencil, sharpener, blending stump, tiles, Zendala and a Micron fine point pen.)

The class begins with learning the basics of Zentangle – no experience is necessary.  Though if you do have experience, it is calming and relaxing to try a new design with Carol and Maria!  After the class has finished the first tile, the intermediate level class follows (i.e. the same night.) A Zendala will be the intermediate level project.  Students will be albe to finish both projects during this one class.
