Spend some quality time together with Father & Son Yoga at The J! Yoga is beneficial for every age group, especially kids. Father & Son Yoga give fathers a chance to set an example for their sons, by showing vulnerability, working to improve self-esteem, and encouraging the mind-body connection. Yoga is also proven to improve overall health, strength, balance, and coordination.
