Jean Henriott Trawick

At 82 years young Jean Henriott Trawick creates in many facets and mediums of art, establishing her among fans and collectors as the “Grandma Moses” of the 21st century!

Recent work includes Spooklin – a book about a ghost named Spooklin who runs away from the Kingdom of Boo because he doesn’t want to wear the same sheet as everyone else.

  1. The original 2015 Akron Art Prize collage, The FACES of AKRON, posted above, can now be viewed at The Coffee Pot Cafe. Postcards are also now available, as well as postcards reflecting the 2014 Akron Art Prize entry “Akron My Home Sweet Home.”

  5. Look for my new entry at the 2016 Akron Art Prize in Summit Artspace beginning September 3rd.
    It is a collage on a 6-ft “doll. and is both an art piece and a statement. Pick up the card alongside it to read the story!
